ABOUT ME

Hi, I am Amanda Toudouze. I am a licensed attorney in the state of Texas. I am a native Houstonian and reside in the Clear Lake/Seabrook area. I attended the University of Texas at Austin to obtain my Bachelor in Science in Corporate Communication and Public Policy. While at UT, I was a member of Delta Gamma sorority, Texas Club Tennis, and Longhorn Entrepreneur Agency. After graduating, I moved back to Houston to attend South Texas College of Law to obtain my Juris Doctorate.

During law school, I worked various jobs and internships within the civil and transactional legal realm. These positions primarily focused on business transactions, real estate, and property matters. I leverage this experience to advise clients on various legal matters. 

I began my legal career as a tax attorney, for small to midsize businesses, within numerous industries. I love working with clients to understand their businesses and build relationships. I started Toudouze Law, PLLC to specialize in supporting small businesses with contract negotiations, drafting business documents (i.e., terms and conditions, service agreements, etc.), and property transactions. 

Both my parents were entrepreneurs growing up, which has given me a persistent work ethic, motivation to learn and grow, and passion to provide each client with the best legal experience. I am actively involved in my mother’s Texas souvenir wholesale business, which we sell a variety of Texas novelty items to retail stores throughout the state.

Since a young child, I have played tennis and still play with Houston Ladies Tennis Association and United States Tennis Association. I enjoy cooking, Barre/Pilates, and traveling with my husband, Nigel.
